ANSWER:  No it is sold seperatly. It is part# PFL2555A QUESTION:  Do you still carry the ABS UNDERTAIL FENDER ELIMINATOR KIT? ANSWER:   QUESTION:  would this kit complete cover the area of the original fender where the 4 molts located? ANSWER:  Yes, this kit will bolt to the same spot as the OEM fender does under the tail sections of the bike. It has the same shape as the OEM unit at the mount point so it will fill the recess cut into the tail that the stock unit uses QUESTION:  Does this kit include the lamp and wireing harness etc. Thanks.
