Thanks for asking about our company policy.
6) What is your warranty policy?
- Komodo will warranty factory defects for up to 1 year. Komodo will only accept items with proof of purchase (invoice from authorized dealer) and will not warranty any product that has been crashed, abused or neglected. All items sent to Komodo for warranty work are subject to the approval of Komodo. Products that are covered under warranty are repaired on a first come first serve basis. Warranty repairs average 30 to 45 days from the date we receive the item. All products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped via UPS Ground direct to the registered dealer or customer at no charge.
7) Returns policy?
- All returns must be handled by the dealer from whom the merchandise was purchased. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DEALER DIRECTLY.
8) Exchange policy?
- Until further notice, exchanges will be handled by Komodo directly. All items for exchange must be in new condition with the tags still attached. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany the item to be exchanged with a note explaining the reason the exchange is being requested and a daytime phone number at which you can be reached. The exchange must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, exchange requests will be considered on a case by case basis and if approved, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. During the 14 day grace period, you may exchange your purchase for another Komodo product. All exchanges will be charged postage and handling charges.
