| Woodcraft 2-piece engine covers are designed to keep your bike oil tight in the event of a crash as well as to give your bike a custom look that will make you stand out in the crowd. All of our covers are 100% CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum billet to give you both great looks and exceptional strength. The patented replaceable stainless steel skid plate adds wear resistance in the most vulnerable area and can keep your cover both functional and looking good through multiple crashes. The plate is internally bolted and o-ring sealed so that you don’t have to worry about trying to remove bolts with the heads ground off. This cover is offered with a stainless steel skid pad only.
This cover is supplied with a new gasket to make the job complete. |

| QUESTION: When sitting on the bike, the clutch is on the right side of this bike. What you are selling is the left side cover, the stator cover, not the right side cover which IS the clutch cover.
I can see why the 1st question was asked as you do not have the locations correct on your description.
I am looking at an 06 636 in my garage right now. |
| ANSWER: I cannot see the question sequence when answering these, but the left side cover is the stator cover. The right side is the ignition trigger cover, which sits forward of the clutch cover. No one makes the clutch cover - but the trigger cover that we make is the part that breaks most often. |
|
| QUESTION: How do they orient LHS, and RHS? I damaged the clutchside engine cover and need to know which side I need. |
| ANSWER: We always refer to the left or right side when sitting on the bike. We do not have an engine cover for the clutch. Our right hand cover is the ignition trigger cover. |
