| Can't find a matching part number? Find the piston size of your unit. Front Master Cylinders - check the top or bottom of the lever clevis for a stamped alphanumeric string. The last two digits in the string indicate the piston size in mm (EXAMPLE: ‘1PJK 15' = 15mm piston. In the case of ‘Radial-GP' pumps, you may see a ‘PR' or ‘/'' stamping, followed by a number. If the number is “19x18†or “16x18â€Â, the first number is piston size, the second refers to the pivot centers of the unit's lever). Rear Master Cylinders - for lever-types, check clevis area as above. If rod-actuated, check the entire body for the alphanumeric string or a string starting with ‘PS' (EXAMPLE: ‘PS12' = 12mm piston). |

| QUESTION: Hello. What is the distance center to center for the two mounting holes? I'm delinking the brakes on a '76 Moto Guzzi and need to go to a smaller rear M/C since it'll actuate only the rear F08 caliper. I'm considering 10.4776.83 since it already has the rod. Good match? Any advice? Thanks! |
| ANSWER: 40mm. This is a 13mm master cylinder and should work fine. |
|
| QUESTION: have you got this part in stock? Do you have a seal kit for this cyinder? |

| QUESTION: Hi I am using a Brembo thumb brake connected to the front reservoir, eliminating the rear. The problem I have is I need a rear master cylinder that has a pushrod that would work on my Kawasaki 2002 ZX-6R
The Brembo master cylinder installed cannot accommodate the existing pushrod, it just sits loosely - it would works, but unexceptable for track use. Thanks Ashif |
| ANSWER: Dear Ashif,
I cannot answer this question but if you please call Jason at Brembo North America at 800.325.3994. I hope he can help you. If he gives you a part number let me know as you cannot buy direct from Brembo.
Sincerely,
Jolene Waibel |
