| ANSWER: These frame sliders are made out of the highest quality materials and are cut out of billet stock - no sheet metal or cheap hardware. They work by providing the highest point of contact on the machine if it is dropped, and prevent damage than would normally occur when a bike slides on pavement on its side. Many riders do not have the time or means to modify factory fairings, and this product eliminates that by being a bolt-on system with the necessary offsets to mount without bodywork modification. |
