Designed for maximum performance, increased power and reduced weight. All Muzzy systems are constructed of the finest materials available. Each pipe is built to Rob Muzzy's exact specifications. There is no "production line" at Muzzy's R&D. Years of factory experience go into each exhaust system. The stainless steel tubing is precision mandrel bent, then hand welded on fixtures for a perfect bolt-on fit, plus it provides oil filter and drain plug access (on most models) without removing the exhyaust system. Stainless steel provides increased durability over mild steel and is resistant to rust and pitting to give you a system that will look good for years with a minimum amount of maintenance. Muzzy systems have a highly polished aluminum canister, and now on selected models the stainless steel system is available with Muzzy's Round Carbon Fiber canister, round Titanium canister or the newest addition to the line - the Oval Carbon Fiber and Oval Titanium canister.

These anodized aluminum shields are designed to eliminate burning your boots or shoes on the hot mid-pipe, reduce marks on your pipe and add a performance look to your bike. Fits 2" to 2 5/8" dia. pipes on most stock and aftermarket systems. The 7" length offers maximum protection. The lightning/cooling holes are radiused to reduce boot scuffing and abrasions. Easy installation with the 2 stainless steel clamps provided.
